The SS54F with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMAF RoHS is a dual-common-anode, ultra-low capacitance, surface-mount Schottky diode array manufactured by Jingdao. It is composed of two SBD input legs and one reverse-polarity protection diode. This diode array features low forward voltage, high-speed switching, and ultra-low reverse leakage current.
