The KIA1117DS18-RTK/P with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) is a SOT-223 RoHS-compliant reference voltage regulator manufactured by KEC. It is designed as a drop-in replacement for the KIA1111 series of dual output voltage regulators. The device has an input voltage range of 2.6V to 15V, a total output power of 1.2A (1.5A peak), and an adjustable output voltage of 1.2V to 28V. It also features low dropout voltage, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. The device also has a very low quiescent current of 4mA and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
