The T527S106M025ATE150 is a high performance, chip-type tantalum capacitor from Kemet. It has a capacitance of 10µF, a rated voltage of 25V, an ESR at 100kHz and 25°C of 150mO and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor features a 20% capacitance tolerance and a ±20% voltage tolerance, and its design includes a solid polymer electrolyte. It combines low ESR and high capacitance, which makes it suitable for a variety of applications, like power management circuits, voltage-regulators, oscillator circuits and signal lines. The device has an industry-standard 1263 package for easy assembly, as well as a great temperature stability.
