Additional Infomation About Product

The AMS1117-3.3 is a low dropout voltage regulator manufactured by KEXIN in an SOT-223 package and is RoHS compliant. This regulator has an input voltage range of 4.75V to 17V, a regulated output voltage of 3.3V and a typical dropout voltage of 0.4V. It features short circuit protection, over-temperature protection and over-current protection. The AMS1117-3.3 also has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a maximum output current of 1.5A. This regulator is well suited for applications such as power management circuits, 5V to 3.3V level shifts, and microprocessor power supplies. It is also suitable for use in battery powered circuits, automotive circuits, and other non-regulated point of load applications.
