The AMS1117-3.3 with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT223 RoHS is an integrated circuit manufactured by PUOLOP. It is a single channel linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output of 3.3 volts, with a maximum output current of 600mA. The low dropout voltage of this regulator makes it an ideal choice for battery-powered applications, as it can operate with a much lower input voltage than other linear regulators. It also features an extremely low quiescent current and excellent line/load regulation. This part is RoHS compliant and comes in an industry standard SOT223 package.
