Additional Infomation About Product

The KY8023S6 is a Motor Driver Integrated Circuit (IC) from Keysemi, enclosed in SOT-23-6L package with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance. This motor driver IC integrated circuit provides a non-invasive way to control speed and direction of one DC motor. It provides this control using a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal or a digital control signal, like direction of motor, brake, and direction reverse. The output has high drive current capacity, and features LED signaling for output status. It operates under high efficiency and low power consumption and is suitable for applications such as toys, consumer application and other motor control systems. The maximum rating current is 1.2A.
