The LED features a wide viewing angle of 140 degrees and has an intensity of 650 mcd in an orange color. The package size of the LED is 3.2 mm x 2.8 mm, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Its operating temperature is -40° to +80° C and its storage temperature is -40° to +100° C. This LED is suitable for a variety of application such as status indicator, automotive lighting, general lighting, and signage.
