Additional Infomation About Product

The KP421SPA is a SOP-8 (Small Outline Package) reset & monitor circuit, manufactured by KIWI. It is designed to protect against over and under voltage issues in electronic circuits. The device has an operating voltage range of 4.7 to 13.2V, and outputs a reset signal or monitor signal when the threshold voltage is exceeded. It also has an internal thermal limit which will trigger a warning signal when the IC is getting too hot. This device is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant and is available in tube and tape & reel packaging.
