The R903V1-7C(L) device manufactured by Kodenshi is an infrared (IR) receiver assembly with an amplifier and PIN diode that detect pulsed light by converting it into a current signal. The device is mounted in a through-hole TO-46 package and is compliant with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) requirements. It has a high sensitivity of -40dBm, can be used in a range of applications over a wide temperature range, and is resistant to EMI and ESD. This part has an operating temperature range of -20 to +75°C and a storage temperature range of -30 to +85°C.
