Additional Infomation About Product

The M2X6/D7985-A2 part of Kraftberg is a chip carrier-mounted heat sink. It is used in the Kraftberg microprocessor series and its purpose is to efficiently dissipate heat from the processor. The M2X6/D7985-A2 part is a thin sheet metal, anodized in black aluminum and pressed into a slotted shape. The part spans down 6 millimeters and has 2 millimeters of thickness. Its design allows for an upward airflow into the processor as well as keeping the processor itself cooler for better efficiency. The M2X6/D7985-A2 is designed for fixed fan mounting and is designed to mate with standard M2 screws.
