The TW-189A Transistor gasket/Nylon gasket ROHS from KSS is a high-performance thermal dissipating part designed for use in high power applications. It has superior thermal conductivity that helps evenly dissipate heat, preventing excessive temperature buildup and component failure in power components. The gasket is made using advanced resin-matrix reinforced materials, and can withstand temperatures up to 230°C and pressures up to 500psi. Its low coefficient of thermal expansion ensures a tight fit between components, providing a reliable electrical connection. The gasket can also easily conform to varying shapes and sizes of components and provides reliable bonding to ensure that it stays firmly in place. The TW-189A is RoHS- and REACH-compliant, making it safe to use in nearly all applications.
