It is a high surge, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), SMD capacitor with a rated voltage of 250Vdc, a capacitance of 10µF, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. The capacitor is part of the 0603 KCM series and is constructed with multilayer ceramic dielectric.
