The LC4256V-75TN176C is an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) from the LatticeECP2/M or MachXO2 family of devices manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor. It has 256 5V-Tolerant I/Os in 0.75V, 1.8V, and/or 3.3V, and is rated for 1.2V, 1.5V, and 3.3V core voltages, can run at up to 75MHz at 1.2V, and comes with 176Kbits of M4K for configuration storage. It is a low-power, small-footprint device designed for applications including consumer and industrial applications such as control panels, point-of-sale, monitors, controllers and motor drivers.
