It is designed to handle high surge currents and repetitive peak reverse voltage to 400 volts. This diode has a maximum non-repetitive surge forward current of 1A at 400V and a recovery time of 150ns. It also meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) requirements, making it suitable for use in environmentally friendly applications. It comes in a small SMA package with good thermal dissipation characteristics. The high junction temperature of 175°C ensures that this rectifier diode can handle harsh environmental conditions.
