LTV-3150-L Lite-On

The LTV-3150-L is an 8 pin optocoupler manufactured by Lite-On. This optocoupler is designed to provide a logic output and 1.0A IGBT gate drive. It includes internal LED and photodiode separations to provide electrical isolation between the input and output circuitry. The output logic of the optocoupler converts the LED high-speed logic signal to current for driving IGBTs. This device is specifically designed to provide fast and reliable optocoupler isolation and improved IGBT gate drive.The LTV-3150-L is a three-terminal optocoupler with a differential emitter-coupled logic (ECL) compatible output stage. This optocoupler features a 1A peak (continuous) IGBT gate drive current. The device is suitable for use in digital switching power supplies, motor drives, solar inverters, programming and broadcasting equipment, industrial automation systems, factory automation systems, and other applications requiring opto-isolated logic-level or fast output switching.The LTV-3150-L is a leadless surface mountable package and is designed for improved power-cycling results and tight surge current control.
