Additional Infomation About Product

)The TLP5231(D4-TP,E) is a logic output opto-coupler Smart Gate Driver manufactured by Toshiba. It is used to provide efficient, dimmable gate control for PFC power conversions and low side driver modules. The TLP5231 combines a high speed photo-transistor with a low noise, low on-resistance MOSFET. It also has built-in frequency jittering and dimming control characteristics, making it suitable for use with a wide range of PFC power converters and LED lighting applications. The device is available with leads for either surface mount and through-hole mounting. The TLP5231 requires a 5 volt supply, and has a logic input voltage range from 4 to 15V with a minimum logic input frequency range from 5kHz to 200kHz. The IC is also RoHS compliant.
