The V130LT2P is a series of high surge, general purpose, P-Channel enhancement mode, low voltage MOSFETs from Littelfuse. The V130LT2P series MOSFETs are designed to operate in power supply circuits and power management applications over a wide range of device sizes and RDS(ON) values. The V130LT2P feature low gate charge and allows for fast switching times. The V130LT2P is available in package sizes ranging from 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210 with drain-source voltages ranging from -20 V to -60 V.
