The LowPower LP3993-33B3F SOT23-3 RoHS package is a 3.3 volt Low Dropout Voltage (LDO) Regulator. It is ideally suited for applications requiring very low quiescent current (Iq) and ultra-low dropout voltage (Vd). The LP3993-33B3F offers accurate, low dropout voltage, current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal overload protection. It is capable of delivering up to 350mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 0.7V at room temperature, and the quiescent current is as low as 95µA. It can be used for applications such as powering micro-controllers, low power microprocessors, memory, low power radio frequency amplifiers, instrumentation amplifiers, bias circuits, and sensors. It is also available in a wide variety of packages and has a RoHS compliant finish.
