The MX25L12855FMI-10G /TUBE is a 128Mbit serial NOR Flash from Macronix. It has a 1.8V and 3.3V hybrid dual voltage Flash with a package of 8mm x 7mm WSON-8. It is a memory chip with a nonvolatile NOR Flash memory section and a smaller SRAM section, both of which are organized as a uniform 16-bit wide data bus. It offers a wide range of high speed operations, including single-cycle reading at 66MHz and typical write time of 5 µs. It also features a high write endurance of up to 10K cycles, enhanced ECC protection and security protection, and a fast erase time of 5 ms. It is ideal for applications such as automotive, consumer, storage, and industrial designs.
