TECH INFO BGA SOLDER NOZZLES MARTIN Solder Nozzles are designed and tested using the latest technologies such as thermal imaging to provide superior thermal uniformity and efficient heat transfer, ensuring complete and simultaneous interconnect reflow. All nozzles share a common heater interface used on all MARTIN Rework Systems. A variety of Solder Nozzle are available including predefined sets for BGAs, SOs, QFPs, CSPs, and QFNs. Individual Solder Nozzles are also available for standard SMDs or connectors. Specialty Solder Nozzles can be created to fit custom designs like i.e. shielding, increase yields or for process optimization, along with developing custom Solder Nozzles to meet specific Rework requirements.
