MXD8668 with RF Switches QFN-14 RoHS manufactured by Maxscend is a highly integrated system-level front-end module (FEM) for Wi-Fi, WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and other wireless applications. It integrates an RF switch, high linearity low-noise amplifier (LNA), power amplifier (PA), voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and CMOS logic circuits, all of which are conveniently packaged in a 14-pin, quad flat no-lead (QFN) package. The device provides a complete, single-chip solution for supporting popular wireless communication schemes such as IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth, Zigbee, UWB, etc. The FEM simplifies Wi-Fi system design, enabling significantly improved performance with greatly reduced board area and cost.
