The MXD8668B is a RoHS-compliant radio frequency (RF) switch QFN-14 package manufactured by Maxscend. This device is a compact switch designed to be used at frequencies up to 6 GHz with low insertion loss and high isolation. It contains three independent RF switches integrated into a single IC with a CMOS compatible logic interface. It is suitable for applications such as Wi-Fi, WCDMA, WiMAX, LT-EDGE, and GSM. The IC also supports a wide range of control voltage from 1.4 to 3.6 V. Lastly, the MXD8668B comes in a leadless package with a footprint of 3.5 mm x 3.0 mm.
