M.5030G is a part of Mentor Graphics’ Design-for-Test (DFT) product suite for embedded logic design. It is a software-based product that helps ensure that designs are tested, debugged and verified to the highest possible quality standard. M.5030G is a fault simulation system that helps designers identify, simulate and optimize their designs with regards to fault behavior. The software also provides access to various fault models, including stuck-at, transition, and bridging faults. Additionally, M.5030G offers support for the latest in-circuit test technologies, including boundary scan, JTAG, and BIST. With M.5030G, designers can create comprehensive test plans, visualize results, and adapt architectures to address design challenges and changes.
