The 11AA040-I/P is a 4Kb non-volatile EEPROM serial memory device with an internal write protection circuit from Microchip Technology. It is an I2C compatible serial EEPROM which has a 4Kb of memory and 64bytes per page. It has a low battery detection allowing users to detect when the VCC voltage falls below 2.8V. The 11AA040-I/P also includes a Built-In Write protection switch that allows user to lock content against programming. This device provides a write endurance of 1 million erase/write cycles per sector. The device also offers high-speed performance and a wide operating voltage (1.8V ~ 5.5V).
