The Microchip 24LC128T-I/SM is a 2-Wire Serial EEPROM memory device, from their 24LC family. It has a 16 Kbit capacity, with a 128 byte page size and the ability to write up to 128 bytes with a single write operation. It provides a wide voltage range operation from 1.8V to 5.5V, with an electron lifetime write endurance of 1 million cycles and a data retention period of 40 years. Organized as 16K x 8, it is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package and can also be ordered in an 8-pin TSSOP package, allowing it to be used in more applications. The device also features a low current writing mode, allowing it to draw as little as 10µA of current while writing data.
