24LC64-E/MS Microchip

The 24LC64-E/MS is a 64K-bit Serial EEPROM device from Microchip Technology. It features an 8-pin Miniature package and is available in either 8-pin PDIP or SOIC packages. This device operates with a minimal supply voltage of 1.8V and is a part of the Microchip's 2-Wire Bus Series. It features a low standby current and has an unlimited write cycle endurance. It is capable of writing data in 1024 byte page mode and features a write protect feature which is enabled when the Power-on ( WP# ) pin is pulled low. The 24LC64-E/MS device also features additional functions such as a page write protect ( PWP#) and read protect (PWP#). The device also supports high-speed data transfer of up to 400 kHz with two-wire interface. It is also capable of offering both read and write access for up to 8 bytes of data in single-byte mode. This device is suitable for the applications that requires data to be stored with minimal power consumption and random access capability.
