24LC64-E/SM

The 24LC64-E/SM is an 8-Kb Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) from Microchip. It has an 8-kbit (1024 bytes) non-volatile EEPROM organized as 64 words of 16 bits each, plus an 8-kbit E/EPROM cell array organized as 32 words of 32 bits each. It features a four-wire serial interface and supports both SPI and I2C interface protocols. The 24LC64-E/SM operates on a nominal VCC of 2.7 to 5.5V with a current consumption of only 5mA. The memory is organized as two blocks - the upper memory contains 32 words of 32 bits and E/EPROM cells, while the lower memory contains 64 words of 16 bits. The device can hold up to 8Kbits of information. It has an endurance of 100,000 writes and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
