The 25C320-E/P is a 32K SPI memory device from Microchip made with CMOS technology. It has an CMOS EEPROM core and interfaces over the SPI bus. The 25C320-E/P provides 32Kbits of non-volatile memory organized as 4K-x8 words. It features multiple write errors detection and correction, 10MHz max clock frequency, 16MHz max write/buffer clock, 2K program/erase cycle endurance, and a data retention of more than 200 years.
