This highly dependable nonvolatile static RAM (NVRAM) provides fixed data retention up to 10-year minimum, and up to 100 million write-cycle endurance. With power supply ranges from 2.3V to 6V, this memory solution is suitable for a variety of low-power applications. It is also available in 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin PDIP, 8-pad WDFN and 8-pad UDFN packages.
