The AT88SC0104CA-SH is an EEPROM manufactured by Microchip. It is a 1Kb (128 x 8) EEPROM with an I2C interface and is housed in a standard 8-pin SOIC-8_150mil package with RoHS compliance. The AT88SC0104CA-SH is well-suited for a variety of applications such as automotive applications, communications equipment, HVAC systems, consumer electronics, white goods, and industrial automation. Furthermore, it allows for a wide temperature range operation (–40 to +85 °C) and is configurable for any of several bus speeds (I2C-standard, 100KHz, 400KHz, or Fast Mode). It also features a unique WriteProtect feature to protect portions of the stored data and a write cycle counter which records the total number of times a sector has been written.
