The ATSAMR21G16A-MF is a low-power, 32-bit microcontroller from Microchip. It features a Cortex-M0+ processor core and operates at up to 48 MHz. It also has an integrated MAC that supports IEEE 802.15.4 networks. The ATSAMR21G16 offers 128 KB of Flash memory, 8 KB of SRAM, and an additional 2 KB of EEPROM for custom applications. It also has several integrated analog peripherals such as 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with up to 17 external inputs, a watchdog timer, and a real-time clock. The ATSAMR21G16A-MF has a QVGA/QVGA+ LCD controller and also integrates a radio transceiver for connections to IEEE 802.15.4 networks. Operating temperature range of the ATSAMR21G16A-MF is from -40 to +85°C.
