The ATtiny261A-SU is a 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip. It features 2K of Flash memory, 125 bytes of EEPROM, 128 bytes of SRAM, and 16 input/output (I/O) pins. This device is well-suited for a variety of applications, such as small motor control, digital power supplies, analog and digital sensor integration, and for complete system-on-a-chip designs. The device supports 12-bit pulse density modulation (PWM) and captures with 8-bit resolution, allowing for precise pulse width modulation and frequency measurement. Other features include programmable pull-up resistors, sleep wake-up features, as well as up to two analog comparators, and an external interrupt controller.
