It has 14KB of OTP program memory (8K x 14), 64 bytes of RAM, 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory and four 8-bit I/O ports. The device also includes an on-chip Timer0 module with an 8-bit programmable prescaler, an 8-bit Watchdog Timer, two 8-bit Software Timers, an 8-bit Analog to Digital Converter, an Enhanced Capture Compare PWM, an Enhanced USART with an Automatic Address Recognition feature, and integrated power-on reset and voltage detector circuits. The PIC16C77-20I/L is available in a 44-pin PLCC package (16.59 x 16.59 mm) and is used in a variety of industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
