The Microchip EX64-TQ100 is a 64 pin TQFP package that provides a small footprint for applications requiring low power, low gate count and low cost. It is a mid-range 8-bit MCU with 16K Bytes of Flash program memory and is capable of operating at up to 16 MHz.
