The Microchip EX64-TQG100 is a 64-pin QFN (Quad Flat No-Lead) package that contains a low power 8-bit CMOS microcontroller. This microcontroller is part of Microchip's PIC18FXXK range of microcontrollers and is designed for use in applications where low power management, high throughput, and optimized code size are of priority. The on-chip peripherals include dual capture/compare/PWM modules, a low voltage detector, up to 16-bit accuracy real-time clock, and a 10-bit A/D converter. It also includes an 8-channel, 10-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) and several program memory types, including flash, EEPROM and programmable ROM.
