The JTX2N5664 is a 16-bit microcontroller from Microchip's 68HC11 family of 8-bit microcontroller. It features 512 bytes of RAM, 8K bytes of ROM, and an 8-bit timer. It has four basic 16-bit registers: A, B, C, and D. It also has two external peripheral buses, the 4-bit port and the 8-bit port. It has an external clock oscillator, a watchdog timer, and two interrupt pins. Additionally, it offers two timers, six interrupt sources, and two analog-to-digital converters.
