Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP1316T-23LI/OT is an inexpensive three-pin supervisory circuit manufactured by Microchip. It actively monitors the system power and reset logic status and can quickly detect power-on conditions, run time outliers, and system resets. The circuit is designed to reset the microcontroller or digital logic when the power falls below 2.3V or when WDI is not within the expected window (1600ms). This reset delay tolerance is designed to ensure safety in the event of a runaway process or erroneous command. The MCP1316T-23LI/OT is optimized for low power consumption and its reset active low polarity helps keep the system uninterrupted during routine software updates.
