MCP14700 Dual Input Synchronous MOSFET Driver Features: General Description: Ideally suited to drive low Figure-of-Merit (FOM) The MCP14700 is a high-speed synchronous MOSFETs such as Microchips MCP87000 MOSFET driver designed to optimally drive a high-side MOSFET family and low-side N-Channel MOSFET.
