MCP14A0153/4/5 1.5A Dual MOSFET Driver with Low Threshold Input and Enable Features General Description High Peak Output Current: 1.5A (typical) The MCP14A0153/4/5 devices are high-speed dual MOSFET drivers that are capable of providing up to Wide Input Supply Voltage Operating Range: 1.5A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5V - 4.5V to 18V to 18V supply. There are three output configurations Low Shoot-Through/Cross-Conduction Current in available: dual inverting (MCP14A0153), dual Output Stage non-inverting (MCP14A0154) and complementary High Capacitive Load Drive Capability: (MCP14A0155). These devices feature low - 1000 pF in 11.5 ns (typical) shoot-through current, matched rise and fall times and short propagation delays, which make them ideal for Short Delay Times: 25 ns (t ), 24 ns (t ) (typical) D1 D2 high switching frequency applications. Low Supply Current: 750 A (typical) The MCP14A0153/4/5 family of devices offers Low-Voltage Threshold Input and Enable with enhanced control with enable functionality.
