The MCP1701T-4602I/MB is a three-terminal, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Microchip Technologies. It is offered in a 4-pin SOT-23 package. It has a guaranteed maximum dropout voltage of 110mV at 500mA and a low quiescent current of 110µA, making it an ideal choice for ultra-low-power applications. The output voltage is adjustable from 1.7V to 5.5V with typical accuracy of ±2.5%. Its total solution size occupies very small area with high performance and low power consumption. This device also includes a shutdown feature, enabling it to be turned off when it is not being used.
