The MCP3221A2T-E/OT is a low-power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 12-bit resolution from Microchip. It has a single analog input channel and an integrated voltage reference with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The device features a high-speed 100 k samples per second (kSPS) throughput allowing high-performance conversion of low-frequency signals. The part is housed in an industry standard SOT23-5 package and is optimized for battery-powered and handheld applications.
