The MCP6477-E/MS with Operational Amplifiers – Op Amps Dual is a dual rail-to-rail 3 MHz Op-Amp for high speed and low power applications. It is operational over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and has a maximum output current of up to 25mA. It has an open loop gain of up to 130dB, a typical common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 60dB, and an input offset voltage of ±1mV. This device features independent shutdown pins for each amplifier with TTL levels, allowing independent shutdown for improved power savings. The output voltage will swing from ground to the supply voltage, allowing easy interfacing to single supply logic. The device is also available in 12-pin PDIP and SOIC packages.
