MCP6481/2/4 4 MHz, Low-Input Bias Current Op Amps Features Description Low-Input Bias Current The Microchip MCP6481/2/4 family of operational amplifiers (op amps) has low-input bias current - 150 pA (typical, T = +125C) A (150 pA, typical at 125C) and rail-to-rail input and Low Quiescent Current output operation. This family is unity gain stable and - 240 A/amplifier (typical) has a gain bandwidth product of 4 MHz (typical). These Low-Input Offset Voltage devices operate with a single-supply voltage as low as - 1.5 mV (maximum) 2.2V, while only drawing 240 A/amplifier (typical) of Supply Voltage Range: 2.2V to 5.5V quiescent current.
