The MIC2551AYTS-TR is a high-speed dual back-bias, non-inverting type, logic gate driver from Microchip. It features an input range from 4 to 12 V and utilizes a control logic low operating voltage of 3.0V. This model also has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The MIC2551AYTS-TR is designed for driving two high-side and two low-side MOSFETs, and is capable of driving up to 500 mA currents on each output. It features low operating current and fast switching times for enhanced performance. This device is offered in a Pb-free TSOP-6 package, and is RoHS compliant.
