MIC2940A/41A 1.25A Low Dropout Voltage Regulator Features General Description High Output Voltage Accuracy The MIC2940A and MIC2941A are bulletproof efficient voltage regulators with very low dropout Guaranteed 1.25A Output voltage (typically 40 mV at light loads and 350 mV at Low Quiescent Current 1A), and low quiescent current (240 A typical). The Low Dropout Voltage quiescent current of the MIC2940A increases only Extremely Tight Load and Line Regulation slightly in dropout, thus prolonging battery life.
