MIC4103/4104 100V Half-Bridge MOSFET Drivers with 3A/2A Sinking/Sourcing Current General Description Features The MIC4103 and MIC4104 are high-frequency, 100V half- Asymmetrical, low impedance outputs drive 1000pF bridge MOSFET drivers with faster turn-off characteristics load with 10ns rise times and 6ns fall times than the MIC4100 and MIC4101 drivers. They feature fast Bootstrap supply maximum voltage to 118V DC 24ns propagation delay times and 6ns driver fall times. Supply voltage up to 16V The low-side and high-side gate drivers are independently Drives high and low-side N-Channel MOSFETs with controlled and matched to within 3ns (typical). The independent inputs MIC4103 has CMOS input thresholds and the MIC4104 has TTL input thresholds. The MIC4103/4 include a high- CMOS input thresholds (MIC4103) voltage internal diode that charges the high-side gate drive TTL input thresholds (MIC4104) bootstrap capacitor.
