Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC4480YME-T5 is an automotive-grade High-Side Power MOSFET Switch with an integrated charge pump and Level-Shifter from Microchip. It is specially designed for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C. It features the Peak Output Current of 7A and an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 30V. This MOSFET switch includes Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection circuitry and Over-Temperature protection to ensure a safe operation of the switching circuit. It also features a Logic Enable pin for manual control and current limiting circuitry for over-current protection.
