MIC4606 85V Full-Bridge MOSFET Drivers with Adaptive Dead Time and Shoot-Through Protection Features General Description 5.5V to 16V Gate Drive Supply Voltage Range The MIC4606 is an 85V full-bridge MOSFET driver that features adaptive dead time and shoot-through Advanced Adaptive Dead Time protection. The adaptive dead time circuitry actively Intelligent Shoot-Through Protection monitors both sides of the full-bridge to minimize the MIC4606-1: 4 Independent TTL Inputs time between high-side and low-side MOSFET MIC4606-2: 2 PWM Inputs transitions, thus maximizing power efficiency. Anti Enable Input for On/Off Control shoot-through circuitry prevents erroneous inputs and noise from turning both MOSFETs of each side of the On-Chip Bootstrap Diodes bridge on at the same time. Fast 35 ns Propagation Times The MIC4606 also offers a wide 5.5V to 16V operating Drives 1000 pF Load with 20 ns Rise and Fall supply range to maximize system efficiency.
