MIC5375/6/7/8 High Performance Low Dropout 150mA LDO General Description Features The MIC5375/6/7/8 is an advanced general purpose linear 4-pin 1mm x 1mm Thin MLF package MIC5375/6 regulator offering low dropout in an ultra small package. 8-pin 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF package MIC5377/8 The MIC5375/6 provides fixed output voltage in a 1mm x Low cost 5-Pin SC-70 package 1mm Thin MLF package while the MIC5377/8 provides Low dropout voltage 120mV at 150mA adjustable output voltage in a 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF package. When the MIC5376/8 is disabled an internal Input voltage range: 2.5V to 5.5V resistive load is automatically applied to the output to 150mA guaranteed output current discharge the output capacitor. The MIC5375/6/7/8 is Stable with 0402 ceramic capacitors as low as 1F capable of sourcing 150mA output current with low dropout Low quiescent current 29A making it an ideal solution for any portable electronic Excellent load/line transient response application. Fixed output voltages MIC5375/6 Ideal for battery powered applications, the MIC5375/6/7/8 offers 2% initial accuracy, low dropout voltage (120mV at Adjustable output MIC5377/8 150mA), and ground current (typically 29A).
