Additional Infomation About Product

. The Microchip MIC9131YM is a dual-channel 220 mA linear low-dropout (LDO) regulator. It provides low output voltage ripple and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The MIC9131YM utilizes NMOS pass transistors to regulate an output voltage of 1.25V ± 10%. The device enables higher efficiency, reduced component count and low output voltage capability from a single supply. The MIC9131YM supports over-voltage, over-current and thermal protection with fast response. The device operates over the -25°C to +85°C temperature range and is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
